This training covers the following topics: Characteristics of Family-Run Organization Boards, Responsibilities of the Board (legal and other responsibilities), Changing Role of the Board, How the Board Functions, The Board and the Executive Director, and Unique Issues for Boards of Family-Run Organizations. There are additional resources, including templates, that you can use to explore these topics in greater detail.
