Consumer Assistance Programs assist individuals and families who are seeking to purchase health care coverage to select a plan, complete the application process and identify what, if any, tax credits or subsidies the individual or family may qualify for. This training module provides an overview of what consumer assistance programs will be available, the roles and responsibilities of the consumer assistance programs, and how to find out what consumer assistance programs will be available in your area.
This course has a timed lesson followed by a brief quiz. Upon successful completion of at least 80% of the quiz items, you will receive a certificate of completion for the course that you may either print or save.
